PARIS — The Ballon d'Or nominees are set to be revealed today, with live coverage tracking the announcement and inviting fan reaction as European football's top individual honor takes shape for the 2026 edition and the race for the award comes into focus.
Sky Sports Football is operating a live blog headlined 'Ballon d'Or nominees revealed today LIVE! Have your say...' to follow the rollout, with updates expected on contenders from leading clubs including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich as names are confirmed.
The live-blog approach allows for immediate reaction and debate, as supporters compare club and international campaigns and assess which forwards, midfielders and defenders have built the strongest case for inclusion on the shortlist during the past season.
Once the full list is confirmed, attention will turn to the voting process and the ceremony itself, with the reveal providing an early benchmark for the season ahead and a reference point for upcoming domestic and European fixtures and awards discussion.
