LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is in jeopardy for Week 3 against the Denver Broncos after being listed as doubtful with groin soreness. Nacua did not practice on Friday and has not practiced since Sept. 17, clouding his status for the matchup.
The fourth-year receiver started the Rams' season opener against the San Francisco 49ers at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia, finishing with five receptions for 74 yards. The 49ers won the first NFL game played in Australia, 27-7. Nacua did not play in the Rams' home opener against the New York Giants on Monday, Sept. 21.
Nacua is coming off a prolific 2025 season. He recorded 129 receptions for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns in 16 games played, and added 105 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. He finished third in 2025 Offensive Player of the Year voting and was a unanimous first-team All-Pro selection.
The doubtful tag leaves the Rams' top target trending toward a second straight absence heading into the Week 3 meeting with Denver. If he remains sidelined, Los Angeles will again need to lean on its receiver depth against the Broncos.
