PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Eagles announced their official inactive list for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, headlined by the absence of starting tackle Lane Johnson. Johnson was ruled out shortly before kickoff due to personal reasons, forcing the team to adjust its offensive line rotation on short notice.

With both Lane Johnson and Fred Johnson unavailable, rookie Markel Bell is set to make his first NFL start at right tackle. The Eagles face significant personnel challenges, as they will also be without wide receiver DeVonta Smith, tight end Dallas Goedert, linebacker Zack Baun, safety Marcus Epps, wide receiver Hollywood Brown, and quarterback Cole Payton. These absences follow a final injury report from Friday that sidelined several key starters.

To address the roster gaps, the Eagles elevated Zach Ertz and Josiah Deguara from the practice squad. On the opposing sideline, the Rams confirmed that tight end Colby Parkinson is inactive for the contest. The Eagles enter the game with Tanner McKee and Andy Dalton active, while the Rams have designated quarterback Ty Simpson as their emergency third quarterback.
