LAS VEGAS — Three-division world champion Vasiliy Lomachenko is set to return to the ring on Friday, November 20, headlining a fight card in Las Vegas. The 38-year-old, who holds a professional record of 18-3 with 12 knockouts, is moving to the super-featherweight division for his comeback following a brief retirement that began in June 2025.

While an official opponent has not been finalized, sources indicate that two candidates are currently under consideration for the main event. Filipino boxer Charly Suarez has been linked to the matchup as a potential frontrunner, while Russia’s WBA ‘World’ champion Elnur Samedov remains an alternative option. Lomachenko’s manager, Egis Klimas, has previously identified WBA (Super) 130lb champion Anthony Cacace as a long-term target for the Ukrainian.

The undercard is expected to feature heavyweight contender Andrii Novitskii, who is slated to face New Jersey’s Norman Neely, 17-1 (12 KOs). Additionally, light-heavyweight Daniel Lapin, 13-1 (5 KOs), is expected to appear on the bill as he seeks to recover from his first career loss sustained in May.
